I just received my second furnace. The first one I first had to replace the probe which they sent me at no charge. I over cooked and spilled in the furnace messing up all the inners. So they agreed to send me the second furnace at a discount. And my original purchase was over a year ago. Great customer service. Takes a little for them to respond but they always do

I purchased a “Goodcrafter” burner. In the packaging I found these metal labels that said ToAuto. So who made this?? Peel off one label and stick another on crooked and sell!!! No thanks. I’m returning it and hoping the upgraded one is best.
…EDIT…, the company contacted me and asked for a new review after i handled the return and purchased the upgraded model. I did choose to return the pictured model. They state the extra metal stick-on labels are for this unit that is marketed by both companies. Just sloppy packing having the “ToAuto” labels stuck to the wrapping. I have added a star for customer service. Very responsive. I am very happy so far with the unit I now have. Which again was all handled by me myself returning this one and buying the other one. The company did not do the exchange on their own because I already had it in progress but I am sure they would have handled it if I would have called them.
it would have been nice if the power cord was included in the package UPDATED THEY SENT ME THE CORD AND OFFERED TO SEND ME EXTRA CRUCIBLES FOR MY TROUBLE
